Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Item

  Carefully pack the backdrop in its original packaging, ensuring it is clean, folded correctly, and free of any pet hair or debris.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location to begin the transit process.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your full refund or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
